Mudslide series is inspired by current event landslides and mudslides in Indonesia, 2010. I paint  the invisible energy of mudslide into visible form.

Images display  in detail from the latest stage to the first stage.  For the first stage,  I painted multiple layer color  of  pigment, oil and wax, and every layer heated with a  heat gun  on 72" X 48" x 1.5" canvas. The second and third stages, I incised the painting with a hot glue gun and sharp intaglio needle. The final stage I do not know yet. Full image display in HOME
